FAQ
1. how do we decide on a suitable location?
Depending on your location, we would agree upon an open space close to you. Factors include amount of open space, the ability to let your dog off leash, and suitable background structures (omitting fencing, buildings, cars, etc.)
2. Do you help with planning our session?
Yes! I collect basic information about your pet and your photo preferences, we can include portraits, action, or both. Upon arriving at our session location, I will spend time getting to know your pet to understand their behavior and make sure they are comfortable before beginning the photo shoot.
3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Simply notify me via email or text if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If your pet is having a bad day or the weather turns sour and we are unable to capture great photos, we will schedule a follow-up session at no extra charge – we all have bad days!
4. what products are offered in the online store?
In addition to your included digital downloads, we offer professional canvas, metallic, and paper prints. You can also order greeting cards with your preferred image of your pet for holidays and special occasions.
